[Yaesu] FT1000D Dial Tension

Thanks to all for the suggestions-mainly adding a felt washer behind 
the knob.

While implementing this suggestion I discovered an interesting 
spring/washer arrangement behind the knob. By changing the position of 
the spring on the dial shaft the dial tensions changes accordingly.

Works to my critical satisfaction now.
