[Yaesu] XF-C Filter

Hi,

Could someone tell me where to instal the optional XF-C
455kz filter for the FT-1000?  The instructions are clear on
all but it.  Am I supposed to take out the existing filter that
is located above XF-E and replace it with XF-C?
