[Yaesu] Noise Blanker

Currently using an old IC-706 .... I think it came with a noise blanker...
cant tell if it is on or
off.  hi hi

In comparison to the IC706 MKIIG and the FT-100, I am looking for comments
on which rig
has the best of the noise blankers.  i.e. ignition noise and over electrial
noise from close in
power lines while on the road.
