[Yaesu] FT857D mobile turn on problem

I'm having the same problem on an 890.

... and the way this list works, "reply" goes back to the original 
poster and not to the whole list -- "reply-all" goes to everyone.

So while I appreciate the answers I got off-list, none of those will end 
up in the list archive.

The problem I've seen with my radio usually fixes itself eventually.
