[Yaesu] ft890 birdies?

Gang,
I am consistently hearing a carrier on approximately 7.030, 14.030, 21.022, and a couple of others. I don' have access to another receiver now so I can't check if these are real or mixing products in the 890. Does anyone know if these are known mixing products or real signals? The one on 20 mtrs sounds like it's pulse modulated, another of those OTH radars?
