I operated as a modified mobile station using the auto battery for power to the
radio and computer, but used a G5RV dipole strung between two light poles in a
parking lot. Could have worked all twelve hours, but radio wouldn't tune
antenna up on 80M (thankfully becuase the temperature had dropped to the mid
fourties) so I packed it in when I had worked all I could hear on 40M.
