Comments:
Slow start, and not just because of speed limit! Eventually got in the swing of
it. All bands quite good, tho 160m starting to fade.
Had some emails negative toward DUPES OK, so we'll probably alternate between
that and NO DUPES until next Ladder in April.
Next week: 1 hour, NO DUPES, No speed limit - as we're not getting any
recruits in the first 15 minutes. SNS will be on hold until N6WM launches his
program.
