Comments:
Conditions were marginal, but even with only a pipsquoke signal, 5 watts to a
mediocre antenna, made 2 q's in about 45 minutes. Most folks could copy me, so
local noise wasn't as bad as a couple weeks ago, and absorption wasn't nearly as
tough.
Even managed a "run" of sorts, 4 Q's in the last 10 minutes of
trying. Didn't get started right on time, and quit before the bitter end, but
was "reasonably pleased" with the results.
Hope everyone has a Happy Turkey Day. Don't eat too much. I won't be able to
be on next Wednesday do to Thanksgiving plans, visitors, etc.
