The method of calculating grid dissipation that you used ("PEAK grid
voltage times indicated grid current") is not printed on my overlay.

This is not the method you used, Mr. Rauch.

>Remember the Eimac formula is an approximation,

I have seen no Eimac formula which indicates that approx. grid
dissipation is: PEAK grid voltage times indicated grid current.

Most people are smart enough to see that 2.4W and 5W are not even close -
- i.e., the resultant using the Rauchian formula and the Rauchian decree
do not agree. .

The majority of episodes of gold sputtering reportedly occur out of the
blue, - - not when the amplifier is being tuned.
