Unfortunately, I wrote relatively late and didn't bother to go back to the 
refereence table ... I had chosen the 3-500Z/3-1000Z tube case because the 
two were generally operated at very similar plate voltages (eg. 2800 - 
3000 volts).  In that context, my comments are correct.
