Agreed.  80m RF is unlikely to damage the 100 ohm vhf suppressor resistor 
because, at 4MHz, the paralleled suppressor inductor has under 3 ohms of 
X.  However, at 155MHz, the paralleled inductor has 97 ohms of X
..... ...... ......
