Can someone point me to a good circuit for a pair of 4CX250Rs on 6M? I have
built one using a design in 1982 handbook for a single one but am looking for
proven values for the tank circuit for a pair. I am also looking for a
suitable tuning cap (that I think should be 5-40pf or thereabouts) with
2.5-3.5kV spacing. I pruned a cap for use but the minimum capacitance is too
large and I only have a small collection of doorknobs for use in series to
drop it's value. I know some circuit details have been on here recently, but
used a different cathode/grid arrangement and I'm not willing to start over.
