My english is not enough good to perceive (for sure) if some sentence has a
sarcastic vein or not, but I don't care.
If grid-ground reactance is not low enough to be neglectable at frequency in
use, adding the proper capacitance in parallel to the existing capacitors
can fixes the problem.
If grid-ground reactance is already low enough to be neglectable at
frequency in use, adding other capacitors in parallel to the existing ones
doesn't enhance anything in practice.
Like it or not, also shorting (with a low inductance) strap/wire when a grid
ground circuit has a neglectable reactance doesn't increase the gain.
Again (this was my point before the twist and stretch), unless implementing
some grid trip circuit or grid fuse, it's potentially dangerous for tubes in
SB220 and TL922 the replacement of the grid circuit with a direct ground
connection.
