ALPHA 77SX (2 holer) on 50Hz mains and outboard Peter Dahl XFMR =
Questions
Received a phone call from a country using 50Hz 220-240VAC mains. This =
person is thinking of adding the outboard Peter Dahl transformer and =
wanting info about its reliability, power out that can be expected, any =
mods that need to be made to the amp using this xfmr. (we know this =
outbaord xfmr just replaces the HV winding of the inboartd xfmr).
The other question is the concern of 50Hz vs 60Hz. Any problems here or =
precautions needed.
