[Amps] Glitch resistors

The "glitch resistor" is supposed to absorb the horrendous over-current and
the HVPS relay/circuit breaker trips..unless the glitch is momentary in such
cases you will never know there was even a "glitch"! At least that`s how my
amps are designed to work. 73 all around, Jim.
