[Steve Katz] I had heard that, also (somewhere); however, my 2KD-5,
purchased new via mail order from Henry back in about 1979 or so, had no
indications of offshore assembly and had HENRY RADIO LOS ANGELES, CA MADE IN
U.S.A. labels on it, so I just dismissed the Singapore stories as rumors.
