No you haven't. There were at least 2 commercial AMPs that used a pair of
3-400's on 6 meters along with many many conversions of sb-220's L4's to
six meters. My stock Swan Mark 6 still puts out about 1200 watts with a
hundred watts of drive. The date code on the tubes are 1969 and it has been
used a lot of hours. I don't know if the tubes are original or not but I have
had the amp since the mid 70's.
