The FCC could care less.   Look at the 10 meter activity coming from the
truckers...Duh really hard to find them even when you give the FCC company
names, D.O.T. numbers, detailed route information...etc.  Our group (TBTM
take back ten meters) supplies them with this information...but then no
action.  Now we hear truck dispatching from Mexico on ten meters.  State
Department doesn't care either.

The FCC has given up on ham radio in the same fashion they gave up on CB
radio.  FMRS is adequate in their minds for all forms of non-commercial
communication.  The only reason an FCC van will park in front of your
house is to assist your local electric company with their BPL
installation.

Run all the power you can afford.
