The 14F1436 is rated for DC filter, blocking, and bypass duty. Rated
at 50 deg C at 12500 volts DC, it needs to be derated for 65 and 85
deg C, to 11650 and 10000 volts. Case is 8 x 4 x 5.5inches tall,
weight 10 lbs. Bushings stick out about 2.5 inches. It has a 164
watt second rating. It is vintage 1965 technology.
I don't have info on the other GE #.
You can contact GE in the Hudson Falls, NY plant, where they make
capacitors. Ask for application engineer.
The Sprague Clorinal part is PCB dielectric. I have no other info on it.
