We have a different regulation in the UK, based on the concept of "undue
interference".
Peter is the professional expert on exactly what the magic word "undue"
is supposed to mean... but in practice I guess that both countries'
regulators will act much the same, and will enforce to whatever degree
they judge to be necessary.
