The Russian tubes need to be hipot tested,especially the spares because they 
are probably gassy from long term storage.If they flash over just one time 
they are most likely reduced to junk...Too bad you don`t live closer to 
Central Wa..I have a tester and I hipot every hv component before I use 
it..Perhaps somone in KH6 has a hipot you could use? GL,Jim..K7RDX..
