They most definitely are NOT!
Actually, you have 8 power supplies, separate and insulated from one another
and with their outputs connected in series.
Think of 8 350 volts DC sources , and then visualize them in series.

It doesn't look to me, like the secondaries are in series.

Each secondary has it's own rectifier and the dc outputs are in series. Is
there some sort of path back through the full wave bridge rectifiers which
ties the secondaries together?
