At the moment I assume I have RF to the tube as I did not disconnect any of 
the
wires from input connector to the tube but I will need to verify, The output 
network
connections from the plate blocking capacitor to the output connector were 
not
disconnected at any time. There is continuity from the output connector back 
to the
plate blocking capacitor.

I did have plate current (~350mA) at one point but no output.  I need to 
re-verify
the plate current because most of the time it appears to be very little 
current.
