[Amps] Transformer question

Greetings, I have a high voltage transformer with the following 
information on it:
PT-1260
HTS-9286
9960805

It was used in an home brew amp that has been cannibalized.
I'm trying to identify the source and any other information.
Any help is most appreciated.
