The rf choke needs to handle sufficient current to cause the high voltage 
overcurrent protection circuit to operate (normally a fuse) if the output 
coupling capacitor becomes leaky or shorts.  Because it is a high impedance to 
the rf, and the circuit is a low impedance point, almost no current will flow 
under normal conditions.
