I have a muffin fan to cool my pair of GI-7bT 160-meter amplifier.  The tubes 
definitely run cool.  The noise level is relatively low.

I ran a quad of 4cx250b s using a pair of stacked muffins for the  
extra back pressure.  fairly quiet and compact.
