I found a man that makes high power plate chokes for 10 to 80 or 10 to
160. They are made on grooved machined Teflon with powdered iron core
and heavy gauge wire. I ordered one for my 10 to 80 amplifier after
having 3 RF parts Ameritron chokes failing. This choke is a work of art
and has been working perfectly and runs cool. The price is $60. The
specs are up to you. Mine came out at 184uH but he will wind what you want.
