Mark, why not talk to the real professionals about emergency
communication? The people who do it every day.
Go down to your local fire or police department and present your case
for CW. Suggest they get rid of their voice equipment and go to CW.
Explain how CW gets though when nothing else will, etc, etc. Tell them
about the Titanic radio operator and see what they have to say.
Can't hardly wait for your report.
