No effort was made to "provide similar transceivers," only antennas,
supports and rotators.  The competitors were required by the rules to
provide their own radios.  Likewise, they were required to provide PCs and
the software of their own choice.

The software was tested.  Nevertheless the problem was not detected until
everyone was in too deep.  It is just unfortunate, that's all.  I'm sure
everyone is learning a lot from this first-time experience of publishing
scores-in-progress during a contest.

I agree with Dave when he says "congratulations to the contestants and
sponsors" for sure!  This was the best WRTC yet.
