Trustee. In other words, if the Trustee is an Extra class, then the Club
license may be used in the Extra class license authorizations PROVIDED
that...
the Club trustee IS present OR
The Club Trustee has authorized another person to assume oversight
responsibilities as the control operator AND
the control operator IS an Extra class.
if the Trustee OR the authorized control operator is NOT an Extra class, the
level of privileges which the Trustee (if present) OR the authorized control
op have are the guide.
