Hmmm, so now before you spot you gotta think "is this a friend
of mine and does CQ commitee know it".
This is too much!
What is the difference, lets say I have a SM2 friend that I spot
and I also spot "my friend KR2Q" and also lets say we belong
to the same club (that could be), I see no difference. Was
it wrong to spot the SM2 and not KR2Q?
This is to carry things too far. Just remember that this is an
hobby (even contesting) and if everything are too strict and
there are too many rules and regulations and pin pointers it
isn´t fun any more.
