Respectfully, I know where you're coming from Hans,
but...
With all the money invested, I doubt the guys who
built the network will just go over and shut it all
down forever just because a few guys cheat. And as
Chuck pointed out, there are more ways that some cheat
other then use packet and claim unassisted.
Before packet clusters, dx'ers have used the phone, or
a repeater to contact their buddies. So there has
always been some form of "spotting system" around.
Those method's wouldnt' be too feasible in a contest,
but I think you get my drift.
