Peter meant to say Alt-F9 to go down and Alt-F10 to go up in CW speed

This would be good - along with allowing the editing of memories.

I like to have:

F1: CQ TEST N5NJ
F2: 5NN ###
F3: TU N5NJ
F4: N5NJ
F5: His Call
