Paul, Paul, and all the others who would like a "Wires only category" or the
"all antennas must be at my house" category.
How about do it "unofficial" -- somebody volunteer to keep a list of who is in
that category, and e-mail the list to the members. If the volunteer gets way
ambitious he/she could collect the scores and e-mail those, too. An you could
solve the "is it okay to have a vertical/rhombic/four-square" issue by having
everybody on the list provide a description of her/his antenna(s). Then
everybody could campare her/his own performance to that of all the statrions
whom she/he judges to have equally bad antennas.
Now, having solved that burning issue, let's get on to something more
important: Why is MY wire antenna performing so much worse than your wire
antenna? Oops, sorry! Wrong reflector. CU on TT.
