Some of logging programs (TRLog and SD by EI5DI, AFAIK) convert cut
numbers into conventional ones automatically. So, ANN would be
converted into 199 or NNN into 999 automatically.
OTOH, in EUHFC (sponsored by Slovenia Contest Club), some people using
CT (which doesn't support EUHFC) and its IARU module were used to type
in Licence Year (as kind of "zones") > 90 as Nn and missed to convert
those "N" into 9, which caused us lot of troubles during log checking
procedures...
