A little clarification. The WRTC's have given the competitors 15 minutes to 
make 
log changes and present a floppy, CD or memory stick to the referree. The log 
changes can only be made using side notes made during the contest. No 
consulting 
of callsign databases, scanning the log for obvious errors, etc.
