No.  The layout of the inside exhibits is so discontinuous I don't
think it's possible to make a good estimate, I think a pedometer is
the only way to do it!

If I had to wild-guess I'd say about a mile.  But you can cheat by
stopping and sitting in the arena.

I did one outside loop each of the three days.  The loop on Sunday was
pretty abbreviated though because there weren't enough folks out there
to make it worth doing.  Got two indoor loops done.  Walked back to
the car at Salem Mall on Sunday, didn't feel like waiting for a bus.
(I've usually walked to/from the mall in the past but this year the
buses were just too tempting...)
