WHY NOT ? can be great to understand the operator follow the rules of the
country , like CQ Contest Rules mention.
Mexico also have not those privileges of the called "guest operator" and CQ
accept for their contest and his Records, plus the XE# / W#XYZ
But this was only because HK3CQ complaint , but in the past no one complaint
means good or valid operation ?
I will like to be asked for my license
