I believe all these suggestions fall under the category
"unsportsmanlike conduct".  Whether there is a) a rule prohibiting it,
or b) the committee can recognize such behavior is to be determined.

One could argue that not signing your call after every QSO is also
unsportsmanlike conduct.  I disagree (think: pileup management), but
that's my opinion.
