My invitation said it was sent to those who submitted a log. If you
submitted a log and didn't get one, you're not paranoid; they really are
out to get you :-)

Hi,
I just took the CQWW survey, and one question in particular sparked a
further question:
What is the origin and rationale for the CQWW rule where North American
stations get 2 points for intra-continent QSOs instead of just 1 point,
which is the case for all other continents?
I honestly don't know the answer, and find this exception to be very
strange. To see the idea about raising it to 3 points I find even stranger.
