I agree with you Barry... I experienced this occurrence this this weekend
during less than ideal band conditions. The station would call CQ with
about a second between calls. I started checking my rig, antenna, etc. to
see why the op couldn't hear me.
I had difficulty inserting my 2x3 callsign phonetically in that 1 second
window.
"Whiskey November Four Alpha Foxtrot Papa".. I've used a number of
different phonetics for my call...
What phonetics would be the most effective and efficient for my unusual
call sign?
