Contesting is not a zero-sum game; you have to make it easy for folks to
work you efficiently. If you are busy and ID'ing, I will put you in the
band map and come back to you later when you are less busy. If you are busy
and not ID'ing, you won't go in the band map and I likely will not come
back to you.
