[CQ-Contest] Travelling for Contests or Dxpeditions

Getting through an airport check-in anywhere has little or nothing to do with 
powering up your transceiver with a bagful of D batteries. It's about looking 
and acting "normal" and playing nice with the human being on the other side of 
the counter.
