By your own admission you will not send a QSL to anyone who is not on the
LoTW.  You have posted recently on this list (Aug. 6 & 9) that someone who
sends you a QSL with return support will not get a QSL card in return.  You
will keep the support and round file the QSL card.  That is disrespectful
amongst other things and certainly NOT 100% QSLing.  Maybe it is time to
suggest that anyone receiving a card from K9YC treat his card the same way
he would treat your card.

All of my logs since getting back on the air in 2003 are on both LOTW 
and eQSL, including logs for contests using other calls. That's 100% 
QSLing on my part.
