Thanks Mike. The 400W information was confirmed also by another source.

So let me see if I understand this correctly: P3F with a claimed 100W is
being compared to P33W with a claimed 400W by using Skimmer/RBN data? I.e.,
a mere 6 dB theoretical difference? Or does P33W have a special license to
run higher power, instead of the regular legal 400W?
