No. Sorry. Your 24 hours of operating time is what is counted. Breaks
greater than or equal to 30 minutes are only counted after the first QSO
and before the last QSO. Late starts and early finishes are not counted by
the log checking software against the two permitted breaks.

For example, if you start 2 hours late, operate 8 hours, take a 1 hour
break, operate 8 hours, take another 1 hour break, and operate 8 hours -
ending 2 hours before the official end of contest - you have met the
requirements.
