I'm logging it as what he sent.  He *meant* 1000, but to hell with it.  I'm 
kinda tired of all those "cool" ways of sending power numbers.  I'm sure the 
contest committee knows what's going on and won't ding us.  Copy what was sent: 
the prime directive.

I worked a guy last night (V43Z) on a couple of bands that was giving out "TTT" 
as a power level. I'm savy enough to know that this is "000", but do I really 
log this as "000"? He is running NO power?
