Yup, agree on all, Mike.

The issue is Mainland US portable in Mainland US cannot do it, but
KP4/Whatever works.

No, I could not use VE1RM/NX1 because I held a US license.  (I think that
was my first WPX in 1980.   I sure had a pile :-))
