Am I translating this correctly?

... for K4SBZ to be able to look at the number of Qs K4SBZ has with
W1AW/KL7, and get a list of all other stations that have worked W1AW/KL7
and the number of times.
So, if interpreted correctly, the only log that would need to be accessed
is W1AW/KL7's. But you would allow anyone that queried to access your log.
