Hi Dave;
Based on our experiences at N2RM, the best way to hook up a network for CT
is by utilizing all available hardware handshaking and also using the -LOOP
method.

Warren Walsh, N2BCC, (WWALSH@intac.com) built an interface box that allows
connection via a standard 25 pin serial cable that you would normally use
to connect your PC to a modem. (Available at any Radio Shack up until the
contest starts.) All the null modem, hardware handshake, criss-cross stuff
is done inside the box.

You may recall some of my tales of woe in getting the networking running
prior to this method. Since converting to this system, the network at 'RM
runs virtually trouble free.
